checklist called Health Evaluation for Lean Projects (HELP). Use
it to help determine if your project is healthy, and ready to move
forward, at each phase in the project lifecycle.

If you’re a leader of project managers, or a project sponsor, these are questions you should ask your project manager.

If the answer is not “yes” for most of them, the project may be at risk, and it’s worth taking the time to go back and get those items successfully completed.
